Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• •No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape:
• •Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
• •Installing and servicing property signs
• •Conducting routine property inspections
• •Pressure washing
• •Welding (if qualified)
• •Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
• •Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
• •Managing company tools and credit card with care

Requirements

Requirements:

• •2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• •Active driver license and clean driving record
• •Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary
• •Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
• •Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• •Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
• •Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
