Finance Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Director based in the India.

• This is a strategic finance leadership role supporting a rapidly growing consumer business.
• You will help build scalable financial infrastructure while partnering closely with leadership on high-impact business decisions.
• The role spans financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and analysis across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
• You will evaluate unit economics, channel performance, and key business drivers to identify opportunities for profitable growth.
• A major focus will be improving financial processes, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting frameworks.
• You will also help introduce AI, automation, and modern data tools to increase efficiency and strengthen analytical capabilities.
• The environment is fully remote, global, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, with significant ownership and direct exposure to strategic decisions.
