About the role

Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, this role will be based in the Philippines. This role supports global finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with routine accounting tasks such as data entry, processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing bank reconciliations

Administration of finance mailboxes, routing of specific emails to the correct finance team members and identifying/flagging urgent requests

Filing/Document Management

Help identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and collaborate with the team to develop actionable, streamlined solutions

Assist in other administrative duties and adhoc tasks as assigned

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance or Accounting

Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
