Job Description

Job Summary:

We are now seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to join our Singapore office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while being the main contact for auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage accounts receivable including posting, cash matching, and dunning processes.
• •Oversee accounts payable, including invoice entry, bank payments, and reconciliations.
• •Perform general ledger accounting for Singapore and Japan entities.
• •Manage GL, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
• •Handle expense claims and ensure timely resolution of finance‑related queries.
• •Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• •Lead the month‑end closing for both CWAPAC and CW Japan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• •Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules.
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
• •Oversee payroll accounting and filings.
• •Handle all local tax filings for Singapore and Japan.

Requirements:

• •Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
• •Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• •Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
