Finance Manager, NACF Planning

• This team is the financial reporting engine of NACF Finance — owning the consolidation of financial results, variance analysis, and integrated reporting that enables senior leaders to understand performance across a multi-billion dollar fulfillment network. The team partners across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting to deliver accurate, timely consolidated views of financial performance, surface risk, and support planning decisions at pace. The team's scope is broad and actively evolving as it modernizes how consolidated reporting gets done.
• We are looking for a Finance Manager to drive consolidated financial reporting and analysis for the Consolidations team. This person will deliver the consolidated financial views that senior NACF leaders depend on weekly — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness across a high-velocity reporting cycle. They will write clear variance narratives, planning memos, and leadership updates under deadline pressure, and support senior leadership/VP reviews with sharp analysis and backup materials. They will translate complex financial data into plain language that non-finance partners can act on, build strong cross-functional relationships across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting, and harmonize competing stakeholder views on numbers or narrative to drive consensus. They will also contribute to the team's automation agenda — identifying opportunities, helping build scalable reporting mechanisms, and adopting AI tools into day-to-day work.

• Key job responsibilities
• •Drive consolidated financial reporting and ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness across reporting cycles — you're accountable for delivering reliable consolidated views that leadership acts on weekly
• •Write clear, structured variance narratives, leadership updates, and planning memos under deadline pressure — work product must be sharp, specific, and ready on time
• •Support senior leadership reviews by preparing materials, providing backup analysis, and participating in forums when called upon — you'll need to know the numbers cold and explain them clearly
• •Translate complex financial data into plain language that non-finance partners can act on — both in the documents you write and the conversations you lead
• •Build strong cross-functional relationships with Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting — proactively drive alignment across teams with competing priorities and different views of the data
• •Harmonize competing stakeholder views on numbers or narrative — drive consensus and document alignment clearly
• •Contribute to planning cycles — own OP1/OP2 and quarterly guidance forecast inputs by ensuring consolidated views are accurate, reconciled, and ready to inform planning decisions
• •Contribute to the team's modernization agenda — identify automation opportunities in manual consolidation processes, help build scalable reporting mechanisms, and adopt AI tools to improve speed and quality of day-to-day work

Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• - Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications

• - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• - MBA, or CPA
• - Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
