Position Description:

The Financial Analyst, FP&A supports intelligent, financially sound decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting that leadership relies on. This is an entry point into PAR's FP&A team for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about the business, and eager to develop financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.

Reports To:

Senior Manager, FP&A

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)

We are open to true entry level candidates for this position, but internship and professional experience will be weighted and evaluated holistically

Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools

Solid attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly

A self-starter mentality and willingness to take on more and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Own the recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leaders check first

Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide where PAR invests next

Turn raw data from our financial systems into numbers people can trust

Track KPIs and be the first to spot (and flag) a trend or variance worth talking about

Build the materials behind monthly and quarterly business reviews, and see your work in front of leadership

Dig into ad hoc analyses and special projects that stretch your skills

Find smarter ways to streamline and automate reporting, so your team spends less time on manual work and more on insight
