Financial Crimes Quality Assurance (QA) Sr. Analyst

As a Financial Crimes Quality Assurance Sr. Analyst, you will help strengthen the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Second Line of Defense financial crimes oversight. You’ll perform complex QA reviews across BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Fraud activities, evaluating the quality of risk-based judgments, issue identification, escalation, and remediation. The role combines detailed testing and analysis with coaching, methodology development, issue management, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with QA leadership and Compliance teams to identify recurring trends, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve governance. Your insights will help distinguish execution issues from broader oversight deficiencies and strengthen decision-making quality. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced financial crimes professional who brings strong judgment, independence, and professional skepticism to a regulated environment.
