Job Description

POSITION TITLE

• Junior Fleet Sourcing Analyst
• Reporting to Group Senior Fleet Planning & Sourcing Analyst

Main objectives:

• •Support the Senior Analyst in updating and maintaining dashboards to monitor Fleet KPI performance
• •Assist the central Fleet team with day-to-day data gathering, basic analysis, and administrative support (AOB) for Planning and Sourcing
• •Act as a local QlikCloud creator to improve data visibility and reporting workflows
• •Contribute to Fleet transformation projects and future-proofing initiatives through research and data preparation

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

• •Data Management & Reporting:Data Ownership (Qlik Local Creator): Act as a designated Qlik local creator under the Senior Analyst's guidance, taking ownership of building, testing, and maintaining basic dashboards and data visualizations. Data Visibility: Extract data from Business Objects (BO) reports and successfully translate, ensuring clear and accurate data visibility across both sourcing and planning functions. Data Preparation: Assist in preparing the data and reports required for consolidation presentations. KPI Tracking: Maintain tracking sheets for main KPIs (RPU, RPD, FCPU, MPU, etc.) by category, highlighting any obvious data anomalies or missing information to the Senior Analyst.
• •Sourcing & Planning Support:Fleet Sourcing (AOB): Handle "Any Other Business" (AOB) and ad-hoc requests for the Fleet Sourcing team, providing general administrative and operational support to keep daily workflows moving smoothly. Sourcing Database: Help maintain the deals database, ensuring accurate data entry, and assist in preparing basic materials for the Fleet Committee.
• •Research, Communication & Insights:AI Capabilities Research: Support the Senior Analyst by conducting basic research on emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) trends and tools within the fleet industry, summarizing findings on how AI could potentially improve our processes. Communication: Support the Senior Analyst to collect forecast and budget data from country teams, following up on missing submissions. Market Research: Assist in collecting and organizing market industry insights and intelligence from various countries into a centralized repository.

PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER

Previous experiences:

1–2 years of experience in data analysis, finance, fleet, or administrative reporting (internships or first junior roles are highly applicable)

Education level:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar

Computer skills:

• •Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Google Suite tools
• •Willingness to learn data visualization and BI tools; any prior exposure to QlikCloud or SAP BI is a bonus

Personal characteristics:

• •Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
• •Eager to learn and develop analytical skills
• •Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
• •Adaptability to handle various supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Languages:

Fluent English, any other regional language is a plus
