Flipkart Key Account Manager (Fashion/Footwear/Apparel)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary : Up to ₹50,000 per month

Experience : 3-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in Footwear, Fashion, Apparel, D2C, Lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.

Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support for key accounts.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profitability.

Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts to senior management.

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Footwear, Fashion, Apparel, D2C, Lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.

Proven experience managing relationships with major e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
