Pay: $18 Hourly

Reports to: Mailing Logistics Supervisor

• Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
• Accurate physical receiving of materials/products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and ensure delivery of materials/products to the proper department.

• •Receives product deliveries
• •Ensures purchase order number is on all paperwork
• •Records and checks the quantity and quality of good received
• •Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments
• •Communicates and coordinates with the appropriate buyer for product returns/repair
• •Properly inputs received material into the computer system
• •Delivers products to appropriate internal personnel
• •Assists in other departments as needed
• •Perform cycle counts regularly
• •Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers
• •Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations
• •Maintains job-related confidentiality
• •Understands and adheres to organizational and department policy and procedures

Qualifications:

• •Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• •Ability to operate with a sense of teamwork
• •Ability to always conduct himself/herself in a professional manner
• •Computer literate
• •English is a must to be able to communicate with Account Managers
• •Warehouse experience is required
• •Sit-Down Forklift Experience Required

• Education Highschool Degree/GED is required
• Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• •Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours & walk 3 hours
• •Lift up to 50lbs
• •Intermittent bending up to 3 hours.
