We are looking for a Lead/Principal level ServiceNow Architect / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on the Service Operations  domain in ServiceNow.

We need a strong ServiceNow Architect who can drive high-impact technical delivery while actively steering presales, client relationships, and our overall market growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery & Architecture 

• •Architect & Deliver : Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Service Operations solutions.
• •Forward Deployed Engineering : Work directly with key clients on-site or closely embedded within their teams to solve complex architectural challenges and ensure platform success.
• •Quality & Governance : Oversee delivery quality, best practices, and maintain technical excellence across Service Operations projects.
• •Mentorship : Guide and upskill senior/junior consultants within the local and regional delivery teams.

Technical Presales, Client Management & Business Support 

• •Presales & Solutioning: Partner with local sales and domain leads to drive presales activities, design tailored customer solutions, respond to RFPs, and deliver technical demonstrations to C-level stakeholders.
• •Trusted Advisor: Serve as the main technical contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts, bridging business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities.
• •Local Business Growth : Support business development and local footprint expansion for ServiceNow.
• •ServiceNow Ecosystem: Collaborate closely with regional ServiceNow representatives and internal domain leads across Central Europe.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have…

• •6+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record as an Architect or Lead/Principal Consultant .
• •Experience conducting discovery workshops, building solution proposals, and pitching to senior business and IT stakeholders.
• •Certifications - ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules, Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• •Fluent English.
• •Project management skills.
• •Consultative approach and experience leading workshops with stakeholders to extract business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• •Presales support and the ability to help scope projects, estimate effort, and create Statements of Work (SOW).
• •Solid communication skills, ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.
• •Strong Leadership and ability to manage other technical experts.
