Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Digitale Dokumentation erbrachter Leistungen
  • Rückmeldung an den Vorgesetzten und/oder direkt an Kunden
  • Suche von Fehlerquellen
  • Behebung von Störungen
  • Koordination und Ausführung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich GWH, Installations- und Gebäudetechnik oder HKLS
  • Meisterbrief im Bereich GWH/Installations- und Gebäudetechnik erwünscht oder gleichwertige Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation in dem Bereich von Vorteil
  • Führerschein B
  • Berufserfahrung erwünscht

Wir bieten

  • Entlohnung brutto monatlich ab € 3.500,-- Überzahlung ist möglich je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation
  • Selbstverständlich ist für uns der 13 + 14 Monatslohn (Weihnachtsgeld & Urlaubsgeld)

Der für diese Position vorgesehene Brutto-Mindestverdienst beträgt EUR 3500,00 pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
