You’ll help shape quality standards, mentor team members, and build confidence in every delivery through clear reporting, strong ownership, and continuous improvement.

-High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities

-Ownership, accountability and proactive attitude

-Willingness to learn new GIS technologies and best practices

-Ability to clearly explain GIS concepts and analysis to non-technical stakeholders

-Effective written communication for reports, documentation and process guides

-Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

-Confident in participating in meetings, discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions

-Ability to raise risks, issues and dependencies in a timely and professional manner

Technical requirements

-Proficiency in GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Smallworld or equivalent platforms

-Strong understanding of spatial data models, projections, coordinate systems, and geodatabases

-Experience with spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and map creation
