Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• •Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities
• •Develop and implement automation and AI solutions
• •Improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other recurring FP&A processes
• •Develop scalable solutions that can be used across FP&A teams
• •Support and coach FP&A colleagues in using automation and AI tools
• •Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A community
• •Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams where required
• •Track improvement initiatives and their business impact

Candidate Profile

• •8+ years of experience
• •Strong understanding of FP&A processes including the development and analysis of financial reports and budgets
• •Experience in process improvement, automation or analytics
• •Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python
• •Strong interest and practical experience in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities
• •Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions
