We are seeking a Senior Global HR Business Partner to join our growing team in the Netherlands to support our Mendix Rapidminer Go-to-Market organization. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. You'll partner closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, while fostering a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement.
