Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Job Description

Key Activities:

• •The Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) will support the Central Sales Team in managing the end-to-end commercial process, including pre-order activities such as quotation management, business case preparation, investment evaluations, and opportunity tracking, as well as post-order activities covering order entry, execution, delivery coordination, invoicing support, and customer communication throughout the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• •Support preparation of quotations, techno-commercial offers, and business case approvals. Assist in order processing, order execution tracking, and SAP transactions.
• •Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• •Provide customer support on order status, documentation, and delivery updates.
• •Generate sales reports, order backlog reports, forecasts, and business performance dashboards.
• •Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records in SAP and other business systems.
• •Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• •Develop product, commercial, and sales operations knowledge through cross-functional collaboration and training.
