Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support the design, development, and validation of electromechanical assemblies, learning to balance performance, manufacturability, and cost

Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from early prototypes through EVT/DVT/PVT builds, vendor handoff, and field deployment

Work alongside senior engineers to communicate with vendors and suppliers, helping keep parts on schedule and to spec

Be a proactive self-starter: take initiative, act with urgency, and bring a scrappy, hands-on approach to problem solving in a fast-moving environment

Take ownership of your work and help keep multiple workstreams moving forward

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (completed or expected by [graduation date]) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Hands-on hardware experience through internships, co-ops, university projects, or student teams such as Formula SAE or robotics

Proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent)

Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing processes such as sheet metal and injection molding

Understanding of thermal, vibration, and environmental design considerations from coursework or projects

Curious, eager to learn, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work onsite. We move quicker when we're in the same room.
