Your graduate journey
As a graduate trainee on our NatWest Markets Front Office programme, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.
Over the course of this programme, you can expect to:
Work alongside experienced professionals and industry experts to develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding
Gain first-hand experience within your business area and become a valued member of the team from day one
Build a deeper understanding of the products, markets and clients that drive our business
Develop strong relationships with colleagues, senior leaders and fellow graduates across NatWest Markets
Build your technical and professional skills through dedicated upfront training and on-the-job experience
Gain a unique blend of market knowledge, analytical skills and critical capabilities
Take part in live talks, networking opportunities and events covering a range of business and market topics
Develop the confidence to navigate markets, manage risk and support our customers in meeting their financing needs
How you’ll benefit

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Front Office graduate programme, you’ll need:
To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree or a 3.4 GPA
A strong customer focus
The ability to adapt well in a rapidly changing environment
A flair for innovation
Curiosity and an open mind
A genuine passion for learning and development
