Our Integrity Engineering Graduate Programme
One Engineering is our early careers programme designed to create a pipeline of diverse professional engineers who are high-performers, have broad discipline experience, a transferable skills-set, leading through the energy transition, and solving the most complex problems of today and of the future. The program is 3 years, with either two 18-month or three 12-month rotations, designed to provide breadth of experience and build technical depth.
Early careers will follow a structured development offer to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience and knowledge, and application in the business world. The programme supports transition from university to discipline professional and, through our 'Elevate' training programme, provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness, helping you to grow both personally and professionally.
Early careers will build their experience through challenging development assignments, grow a toolkit of transferable skills for the future, and have a dedicated network of support, as well as a vibrant Early Careers community, to help them succeed.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Pressure Systems & Integrity Engineer Graduate , you could find yourself supporting the Integrity Management team to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of pressure systems through inspection, corrosion management, integrity assurance, and continuous improvement activities, while developing your technical and business competencies.
Key Responsibilities
Pressure Systems Integrity
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Pressure Systems Integrity Management programs.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing pressure system degradation mechanisms.
- Participate in integrity assessments, fitness-for-service reviews, and risk evaluations.
- Support execution of statutory and risk-based inspection activities.
Inspection & Risk-Based Integrity
- Assist with development and maintenance of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI/RBA) assessments.
- Review inspection findings and support anomaly identification and disposition.
- Help maintain inspection strategies, intervals, and integrity records within relevant management systems.
- Support tracking and closure of inspection-related actions and recommendations.
Anomaly & Risk Management
- Support management of integrity threats, anomalies, and non-conformances.
- Participate in risk assessments and barrier health reviews.
- Help track mitigation actions and ensure timely follow-up.
Continuous Improvement
- Support initiatives aimed at simplifying and improving integrity management processes.
- Contribute to lessons learned reviews and sharing of best practices.
- Assist with implementation of digital tools and integrity management improvements.
HSSE & Compliance
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, integrity, and environmental protection.
- Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in safety observations, site visits, and assurance activities.
Learning & Development
- Complete graduate development program requirements and technical training.
- Develop knowledge in pressure equipment, piping, tankage, corrosion, inspection, risk based assessment, and fitness-for-service principles.
- Build practical experience through field visits, mentoring, and cross-discipline projects.
- Work towards competence requirements for a future Pressure Systems & Integrity Engineer position.
Requirements
- Azerbaijani citizenship
- Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
- 2025, 2026 and 2027 academic year graduates are eligible to apply
- CGPA 75% (2.5)
