What You’ll Do:

• •Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod
• •Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property
• •Clean and maintain common areas and grounds
• •Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• •Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
• •Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• •At least 6 months of related experience
• •Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• •Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades
• •Ability to operate hand and power tools
• •Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
• •Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Additional Details:

• •No formal education required—just a willingness to work hard and learn
• •Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices
• •Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
