Growth Program Manager

• This role drives cross-functional programs focused on revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation.
• You will work closely with senior leaders and General Managers to coordinate go-to-market initiatives, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment from planning through launch.
• Operating with significant autonomy in a lean environment, you will own complex transformation programs from end to end.
• The role also supports AI commercialization initiatives and high-priority programs designed to improve business performance and value realization.
• You will connect multiple business units and workstreams to measurable outcomes while proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
• Success requires strong program governance, strategic judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to move seamlessly between executive-level planning and hands-on execution.
