We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Socrates, leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with our mission to inspire critical thinking and promote inclusivity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management within leading social media companies.
What Will You Do?
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Socrates' mission and goals.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for the needs and experiences of our diverse user base, ensuring the product meets their needs and drives engagement.
- Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive user engagement and platform growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product improvements and measure the success of product initiatives.
- What Are We Looking For?
- Experience: Relevant product management experience, with a significant portion at leading companies. Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and scaling product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- User Focus: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of AI, Web3, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance social media platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using data to inform product decisions.
