We are looking for a Head of Strategic Initiatives to lead and provide oversight on the organization's most important initiatives. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits close to leadership - part strategic partner, part operator - responsible for turning priorities into plans and plans into results. You will work across teams and functions to drive execution, remove roadblocks, hold work to a high standard, and make sure the initiatives that matter most get done on time and with impact. If you thrive on ownership, ambiguity, and being the person who makes things happen, this role is for you.
