Head of UX/UI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of UX/UI based in Netherlands.

This is a senior design leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the user experience across a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will lead an established design team while remaining deeply involved in hands-on product design and the highest-impact initiatives. The role spans multiple user groups, requiring intuitive, efficient experiences that address different goals and workflows. You will shape the design function, establish quality standards, and build scalable processes alongside Product and Engineering. From research and early concepts through high-fidelity designs, systems, and engineering handoff, you will influence the full product lifecycle.
