What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Midweight Product Designer, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how some of the most followed clubs and organizations in world sport engage and inspire millions of fans.

Working closely with Senior and Lead Designers, Product Managers, and engineering squads, you'll deliver high-quality UI and UX solutions across multiple client projects for web and native mobile apps (iOS and Android).

One day you might be mapping out intuitive user flows and wireframing new live match features. The next, you could be building out scalable Figma component libraries, presenting pixel-perfect UI designs to client stakeholders, or handing off design assets to developers for sprint execution.

You'll have the opportunity to serve as the voice of design within cross-functional teams, taking real ownership of your workstreams while receiving structured mentorship to help elevate your craft. Your Background

You don't need to tick every box, but we're generally looking for:

Minimum 3+ years of commercial product design experience (agency, in-house, or digital media)

A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity UI design, component-driven layouts, and intuitive UX workflows across web and native mobile platforms

Proven expertise in modern design and handoff tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin, InVision, or similar)

A solid understanding of human-centered design principles, interactive prototyping, and responsive layout systems

Experience contributing to or maintaining multi-brand design systems and UI component libraries

Methodical approach to work management with high attention to detail and quality control

Comfortable presenting concepts and collaborating in an English-speaking environment

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Domain knowledge or a deep passion for world sports, live match tracking, and fan engagement platforms

Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS) or mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design)

Experience with micro-interactions, Lottie animations, or prototyping interactive components
