Duties

• •Integrate and coordinate program functions across multiple Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and Defense Health Networks (DHNs) to support standardized operations and data collection efforts.
• •Support implementation of program initiatives and process changes by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures.
• •Review healthcare policies, clinical practices guidance, and telehealth methodologies impacting behavioral health service delivery and suicide prevention efforts.
• •Provide expert advisory services top leadership on healthcare delivery models, clinical integration, and virtual behavioral health program effectiveness.
• •Evaluate business processes, clinical workflows, and service delivery models to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• •Compile and synthesize data into clear, actionable information and prepares executive-level summaries to support leadership decision-making.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing healthcare delivery data to identify service gaps in patient care access; evaluating workflows to design quality improvement solutions across medical facilities; and reviewing healthcare policies to evaluate operational impact on virtual health delivery. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
