• Pay: $20.00 – $22.58/hr, based on certification and documented experience, Sign-On Bonus up to $700.

Availability Needed: Monday – Friday, Time Frame: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Most client visits are 1–3 hours , and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities depend on your certification level and may include:

• •Companionship and household support
• •Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• •Grocery shopping and client errands (Milage reimbursement is .72 cents per mile)
• •Personal care, grooming, and dressing
• •Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level:

• •Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate
• •Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate.
• •HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
• •Reliable personal transportation
• •Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
• •Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care
• •Previous caregiving experience preferred

*Sign On Bonus - New hires can earn up to $700 during their first 13 work weeks based on completed, verified patient visits. Eligible hours are based on verified patient visits during the applicable Sunday – Saturday work week. Travel time, class/training hours, and hours marked “do not pay” are excluded. The first bonus week is the first full work week following the employee’s hire date.
