Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated Housekeeper (Environmental Support Assistant) to help maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Position Summary:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that our facility remains clean, orderly, and safe. This position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other parts of the facility in accordance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dining rooms, and offices.
• •Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures as needed.
• •Remove trash and replace liners.
• •Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• •Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• •Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• •Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
• •Maintain resident confidentiality and treat all residents with dignity and respect.
• •Assist with laundry services as needed.
• •Respond promptly and courteously to resident or staff requests.

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• •Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience (especially in a healthcare or senior living environment) is a plus.
• •Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• •Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors.

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds.
• •Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work on feet for extended periods.

Schedule:

Varied shifts may include weekends and holidays. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
