HR Associate Partner, Last Mile PXT

• JOB DESCRIPTION:-
• •Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather, festival etc.
• •Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc.
• •Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required
• •Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office
• •Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc.

Basic qualifications

• - 6+ months of human resources experience
• - 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• - Experience in confidential environments
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• - 1+ years of human resources experience
• - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
