Description

TOI TOI USA is a leading provider of portable sanitation solutions, serving customers across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with its headquarters located in Fort Myers, Florida.

We are looking for an energetic, people-first HR leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and knows how to build strong teams, develop leaders, and shape company culture from the ground up.

This role is far more than a traditional HR administration position. We are seeking a visible, hands-on leader who can connect with employees across all locations, strengthen engagement and retention, support operational leadership, and help create a more unified and performance-driven culture throughout the organization.

As our organization continues to grow, we are investing in both technology and people. While systems such as Paylocity will help automate payroll and HR processes, we believe the real opportunity lies in building a stronger employee experience, developing internal talent, and creating a workplace culture where people feel connected, valued, and motivated to grow.

This is a hybrid role based in Fort Myers, Florida, with travel expected approximately once per month to support regional operations and maintain close relationships with teams across multiple locations.

Support continued optimization and automation of HR and payroll systems, including Paylocity
