ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

B&A is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Agile Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. · Anticipated Start: January 2027

· Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years

· Salary Range: $135,000–$185,000

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security requirements, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Location

· Off-Site / Contractor Place of Performance

Note: Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

· Deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using appropriate Agile project management methodology.

· Define product roadmaps with the Product Owner and translate roadmaps into user stories.

· Prioritize product backlog, manage a multidisciplinary team, and support testing to ensure quality levels.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· At least two (2) years of relevant experience with federal Human Resources IT systems.

Required Certifications

· Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or other relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

· Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

Security Clearance / Investigation

· Active Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
