Description

Pay Range: $21/hr - $25/hr

Benefits: Medical. dental, vision, and PTO after 90 days!

Summary: Performs administrative duties related to all phases of Human Resources activity including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist in processing of employment data through continuous data entry and maintenance of the HRIS.

Maintain time-keeping and building access systems; prepare badges for new hires and troubleshoot system errors.

Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Complete employment verifications.

Coordinate temporary employment including placing orders and submitting weekly hours

Open and distribute HR department mail on a daily basis; assist HR team in preparing company mass mailings.

Assist in recruiting by taking part in onboarding process

Create and maintain records of all company personnel.

Tracks and audits employee attendance points daily within the time-keeping system, updating records and flagging threshold violations for management review.

Assists in the administration of benefits such as life, health, dental, vision and disability insurances and paid time off

Assists HR team in obtaining information for projects, such as maintaining employee participation and collecting data for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

Associates Degree in HR, or related field preferred.

One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
