Job Description:

Fidelity Investments Human Resources Internship

Location: Dublin or Galway

Placement Dates: January 25 th or March 22nd - August 20th 2027

The Intern Program with Fidelity Investments is a comprehensive programne designed to give students an introduction to a professional global environment. Students will get hands on experience and exposure to the Human Resources function with an opportunity to rotate across different areas of the function.

Key Competencies:

Initiative & Proactivity: Good ability to information-gather & learn. Takes action to complete tasks/projects and has the ability to overcome obstacles.

Personal Effectiveness: Has good interpersonal awareness. Ability to keep team informed and up-to-date.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Support various HR projects and assignments to assist the HR function to support the business

· Provide day-to-day support to the HR Team

· Respond to employee requests and queries

· Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits

· Provide ongoing assistance on HR projects where required

· Maintain HRIS systems and records

· Record documentation on employee files

Who Should Apply

Students with grades of 2.1 or higher

Knowledge and Skills Required:

· Very strong communication skills

· Personal qualities that demonstrate confidence, sound judgment, enthusiasm, commitment and ethics

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
