Manage, develop, and mentor the HR and Recruiting teams; maintain clear responsibilities, escalation paths, service standards, and performance expectations.
Manage the firm's recruiting function, including the recruiting team, hiring processes, recruiting performance metrics, employer branding, and day-to-day talent acquisition to support continued growth.
Track and report on recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate experience, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, organizational needs, and hiring initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, performance concerns, workplace investigations, and sensitive situations; coach leaders through corrective action, performance improvement plans, and separations.
Support and execute the firm's culture programs that strengthen connection across in-house and remote teams.
Coordinate and improve firm-wide training and development programs, including onboarding, compliance, leadership development, management training, and professional growth.
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, leave administration, and employee wellness initiatives.
Ensure effective administration of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability-related matters, and related compliance requirements.
Administer compensation processes, salary administration, and bonus planning to support internal equity and market competitiveness.
Maintain and update the company handbook, HR policies, employee-facing documentation, and HR operating procedures; identify risk areas and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage relationships with benefit providers, HR vendors, payroll partners, and recruiting vendors.
Maintain and optimize HR systems, reporting, and people analytics to support decision-making.
Coordinate internal communications including newsletters, bulletins, announcements, and video channels.
Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, retention, engagement, and hiring trends to inform decisions.
Ensure HR processes and reporting scale effectively with the firm's growth.
