Compensation
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- Monday–Friday: $30–$38/hour + Weekly Performance Bonuses (DOE)
- Tuesday–Saturday: $32–$40/hour + Weekly Performance Bonuses (DOE) (Higher-Paying Shift)

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations with accuracy and efficiency
- Clearly explain system performance, repair recommendations, and maintenance options to homeowners
- Test piping, tubing, joints, and connections for leaks using appropriate diagnostic methods
- Test electrical circuits and components using electrical diagnostic equipment
- Verify repairs by testing equipment and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and confidence with every homeowner
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
- Maintain 15% or greater sold-hours efficiency
- Achieve a 45% or higher conversion rate
- Deliver quality workmanship with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain high overall performance through professionalism, technical excellence, and reliability
Requirements
Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License preferred (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner
- Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
