• •Your Day-to-Day:
• •Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
• •Conduct routine maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and refrigerant level checks.
• •Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members.
• •Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• •Support company sales goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and upselling products and services when appropriate.
• •Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs or upgrades.

What You Bring:

• •3+ years of HVAC service experience
• •some sales experience preferred
• •A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
• •Strong technical skills
• •Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
• •Flexible and open to growing
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
