Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Marketing-Incentives Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Incentive Strategy Senior Analyst . The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement Toyota Division’s new vehicle incentive strategy.

Reporting to the Incentive Manager, the analyst will support the department’s objectives by leveraging analytics in the monthly planning and creation of the Toyota Division incentive programs while achieving new vehicle sales and profit objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• •Developing monthly new vehicle incentive strategies/programs to ensure sales objectives are met in the most cost-efficient manner
• •Analyze industry, segment, and model performance using analytic tools (e.g., Tableau).
• •Monitor competitor incentives and market trends to maintain Toyota’s competitiveness.
• •Evaluate incentive program effectiveness through sales data analysis and financial modeling.
• •Understand model launch timing, allocation, and stocking patterns.
• •Manage national incentive strategy input and enhancements in the Offers Administration Tool (OAT).
• •Prepare executive reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• •Deliver incentive strategy proposals to executive leadership for consensus and approval.
• •Support incentive program implementation, tracking, and compliance with corporate policies.
• •Identify and drive process improvements and automation in incentive workflows.
• •Maintain incentive budgets, proposals, and related sales planning reports.
• •Conduct incentive cost analysis for various internal stakeholders.

What you bring

• •Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably Business or Automotive related
• •Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
• •Ability to independently analyze data opinions and develop recommendations
• •Strong and proven analytical skills
• •Ability to work quickly and independently
• •Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• •Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• •Familiarity with consumer purchasing options
• •Ability to maintain business dialog within HQ, Field Offices, and with Senior Management, and understanding the value of doing so

• •Related work experience specifically with Toyota
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •Familiarity with Alteryx, Sales and PIN Cubes, PIN+, S&P and other data sources
