Beyond Expectation – Psychological Services is actively recruiting independently licensed Nevada therapists. Spanish-English bilingual clinicians are a high priority, and we also welcome strong independently licensed therapists who do not speak Spanish.

We need therapists across all six days our practice is open, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Contractor engagement is preferred, with hourly employment also available.

Required:

• •Active independent Nevada license: LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist
• •Strong documentation, communication, and ethical practice
• •Commitment to responsive, high-quality client care

Strongly preferred:

• •Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• •Active EMDR practice and appropriate training
• •PCIT training and current PCIT practice
• •Experience serving children, families, trauma survivors, or bilingual communities

Spanish, EMDR, and PCIT are valued preferences—not automatic disqualifiers. Qualified independently licensed therapists are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every preferred qualification.
