Inside Sales & Project Support Specialist

Hach is seeking an organized and customer-focused Inside Sales & Project Support Specialist to support Hach Engineered Solutions. This role coordinates sales, customer, technical, and project inputs to help develop engineered solution opportunities from initial request through quotation and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Support sales teams and HES Champions in qualifying opportunities, clarifying customer needs, and translating requirements into clear project inputs.
• •Coordinate RFQs, specifications, drawings, application data, and other documentation required for technical review and quotation preparation.
• •Prepare, maintain, and follow up on quotation packages, project trackers, approval requirements, and customer/internal actions.
• •Act as a coordination point between sales, engineering, operations, service, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth handover to order execution.
• •Support sales enablement, standard templates, process documentation, and continuous improvement for Hach Engineered Solutions.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, commercial, customer support, or project coordination environment.
• •Experience in inside sales, sales support, project coordination, order management, customer service, or quotation support.
• •Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, ERP systems, or quotation tools is preferred.
• •Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• •Commercial mindset with interest in engineered solutions and customer value creation.
• •Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to structure complex or incomplete requests.
• •Basic understanding of water quality instrumentation, process analyzers, or engineered systems is beneficial.
• •Collaborative, process-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working across countries, functions, and cultures.
