We are looking for a Instructional Designer – Tech who will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing learning programs in Data Science & Analytics with AI, Full-Stack Android Development and Software Development. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating learning experiences, structuring educational content, and working closely with industry experts to build high-quality programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop curriculum for AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science programs.

Create detailed learning modules, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.

Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to build practical, job-oriented learning experiences.

Develop real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, capstone projects, and portfolio-building activities.

Structure learning paths that help students progressively build technical skills and industry readiness.

Review and improve existing curriculum based on learner feedback, industry developments, and placement requirements.

Create evaluation frameworks, quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learner progress effectively.

Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with Masai School's learning standards.

Work with academic, product, and placement teams to continuously enhance program effectiveness and learner outcomes.

Support the launch of new technology programs and specializations based on market demand.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Strong content development and curriculum design skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science domains.

Ability to research, structure, and simplify complex technical concepts.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Preferred

B.Tech or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or content creation.

Understanding of educational technologies and e-learning tools.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and learner engagement strategies.

Basic understanding of AI, ML, Data Analytics, or Data Science concepts.
