Job Title : Instructional Designer

Job Overview:

We ar e seeking for Instructional Designer who will design and develop engaging instructional materials. They will create storyboards for assessments, videos, and interactive eLearning modules grounded in evidence-based learning principles and instructional design models. Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers, you will ensure content accuracy, learner engagement, and technical functionality across all deliverables. ID will conduct rigorous quality assurance by reviewing and testing courses for usability, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and alignment with learning outcomes. Additionally, they should stay current with emerging eLearning trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommend innovative approaches to continuously enhance learner engagement and instructional effectiveness.

Skillset Required

Authoring tools, LMS, Instructional Design Models, Learning Design Principles, Assessment Design Principles

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in any subject area preferred English/ Communication/Education/ Instructional Design

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

2 years to 5 years
