Intelligence Specialist

Summary

You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-13 grade level responsible for performing a wide range of complex tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on or enhance the effectiveness of organizational structures and procedures responsible for all external visits and information received pertaining to Navel Intelligence requirements.

Duties

• •You will plan, coordinate and execute all logistical and substantive requirements for external visits conducted by the Commander, Deputy Commander and other ONI senior leadership.
• •You will manage and synchronizes complex schedules in collaboration with the executive support staff.
• •You will lead the preparation of critical reports, briefings, and operational evaluations for senior leadership.
• •You will recommend procedures for utilization of money, manpower, or material resources related to development and/or execution phase of specific program objectives.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as an intelligence specialist providing technical advice on a wide range of complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products relative to an assigned area(s). 2) Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources in assessing the relevance and significance of developments in assigned area(s), and in preparing new or revising prior intelligence products. 3) Identifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps, and develops analytical tools and methodologies to cope with the gaps. 4) Maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, services, and allied foreign governments to discuss production requirements and provide information. 5) Presents and defends activity positions or issues in area(s) of expertise. 6) As required, serve as team leader for assigned area(s). Coordinates the work of the team, establish priorities, guide team members and is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the team products.
