INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Summary

You will serve as a GG-0132-14 Intelligence Specialist within the DEPUTY UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY for Intelligence and Security (DUSN I&S), Intelligence Directorate. As a senior Program Manager at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, you will be responsible for managing complex and highly sensitive intelligence programs. Duties

• •You will manage complex and highly sensitive intelligence programs on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy, Under Secretary of the Navy, and the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy for Intelligence and Security.
• •You will develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive strategic framework for oversight of intelligence across the Department of the Navy.
• •You will exercise significant delegated authority to manage the strategic planning, resource allocation, and full lifecycle execution of a complex portfolio of national-level intelligence programs.
• •You will direct matrixed, multi-disciplinary teams of senior personnel and manage a portfolio of resources, overseeing the allocation of funding and personnel to achieve strategic objectives and mitigate risk across the Naval Intelligence Enterprise.
• •You will serve as a senior representative for the Department of the Navy (DON), authorized to negotiate complex and sensitive matters with Action Officers in the Intelligence Community, other military services, and allied foreign governments.
• •You will develop and recommend courses of action that carry significant strategic weight and directly impact national security cooperation and intelligence operations.
• •You will lead the formulation and execution of in-depth analyses and evaluations of the nation's most sensitive intelligence programs and capabilities.
• •You will produce comprehensive assessments, executive briefings, and draft decision memoranda that significantly influence the operational and strategic calculus of the DON and its senior leaders regarding foreign capabilities and intentions.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-14) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: Provide comprehensive advice on collection, interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination of intelligence information and products. Provide highly complex analysis, production and dissemination of current, operational, and strategic intelligence.
