Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der vorbereitenden Payroll für ca. 150 Mitarbeitende
  • -Vorbereitung und Prüfung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten für einen externen Payroll-Dienstleister
  • -Pflege und Verwaltung sämtlicher Personalstammdaten in SAP HCM
  • -Erfassung, Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Zeitdaten im Zeitwirtschaftssystem
  • -Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie personaladministrativen Veränderungen

Anforderungsprofil

  • SAP HCM Kenntnisse
  • -Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Payroll
  • -Bereitschaft vor Ort zu sein
  • -IG Metalltarifvertragskenntnisse wünschenswert
