HR Generalist Shared Service (all genders)

in Vollzeit in unserer Division Human Resources im Großraum Frankfurt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gesucht.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie administrative Personalarbeit (z.B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen)
  • Pflege des Human Resource Management Systems
  • Erstellung von HR-Reports, Statistiken und Analysen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Prozessoptimierungenim HR-Bereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern,Payroll, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie sichererUmgang mit HR-Systemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung undstrukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
