HR Generalist Shared Service (all genders) Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie administrative Personalarbeit (z.B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen)
  • Pflege des Human Resource Management Systems
  • Erstellung von HR-Reports, Statistiken und Analysen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen im HR-Bereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern, Payroll, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
