• •Understands the business and/or Marketing process & goals
• •Support line supervisor to roll- out the campaign plan for offline communications
• •Work with  external suppliers and partners to prepare and execute the events 
• •Work with related internal departments such as finance, procurement for the payment process with supplier/ partners
• •Tracking merchandise stock-in and out with up to date data 
• •Supports and assists supervisor  tasks with daily operations
• •Ensures the admin tasks & records are up to date
• •Develops & maintains positive working relationships with all key shareholders
• •Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager

• •Fresh graduate or current undergraduate student (any discipline).
• •Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• •Careful attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• •Able to work well with others and collaborate effectively in a team.
• •Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools to manage data.
• •Good organisational skills and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• •Able to solve problems independently and take initiative when needed.
