Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team, with a primary focus on supporting our Learning & Development initiatives, including:

Support the end-to-end training programs execution including logistics setup, survey/feedback analysis to the creation and preparation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.

Help manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and other training platforms / employee training records stay to date from Global to local.

Administer post-training surveys, collect feedback, and assist in analyzing the effectiveness of our L&D programs.

Research emerging trends, tools to enable digital and AI-powered solutions in daily work.

Support the organization of internal engagement activities, workshops, and town hall events.

Provide administrative support to the broader HR team as needed.

Skills and Experience

Currently a junior/ senior student pursuing a BA degree, availability for a full-time, 6-month internship is a plus.

Strong interest in Learning & Development, comfortable working & interacting with people at scale including workshops, group meetings & company events.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Able to work independently, self-motivation, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and contribute.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Savvy with digital technologies and a keen interest in AI are a plus.
