Support the Organisation Effectiveness Partner (OEP) team in driving organisation effectiveness, workforce transformation and strategic HR initiatives. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are comfortable working independently, proactively explore solutions, think ahead of challenges and contribute to data-driven people and business decisions.

• •Support Organisation Effectiveness Partner (OEP) initiatives focused on organisation design, workforce effectiveness and HR transformation.
• •Assist in workforce analytics, reporting, dashboard preparation and people data analysis to support business decision-making.
• •Conduct research and benchmarking on organisation effectiveness, future workforce trends and emerging HR practices.
• •Support organisation structure reviews, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• •Prepare presentations, reports, business cases and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• •Coordinate project activities, track actions and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• •Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and operational effectiveness.
• •Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• •Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by exploring new ideas, technologies and innovative approaches to solve business and workforce challenges.
• •Anticipate project needs, think ahead and contribute recommendations beyond assigned tasks.
