Internship Private Equity, Club Deal Team (f/m/x)

The intern will join the team in day-to-day activity from scouting to execution of private equity deals on a broad range of industries providing support on deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence process, drafting of presentations and information memorandum, deal structuring and negotiations as well as ad-hoc reports and analysis. The team boasts a continuously high deal flow with exciting projects and enriching counterparts.

Learning Objectives

• •Run financial modeling (business plan, DCF, LBO).
• •Value data set (trading comps and transaction comps).
• •Learn knowledge and skills regarding the legal aspects of investment contracts and deal structuring.

Requirements

• •Excellent academic record with international experience, a Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related, near completion of a Master in Finance.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian) and PC literate.
• •Highly motivated and a pro-active team worker.
• •Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
• •Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills and solid finance and accounting background would complete the profile.

Start Date: 1st January 2027 - 6 months internship
